Asmaria project-based development deals regularly follow the following procedures (there may be several iterations):

  • On negotiations stage sales managers and business analysts communicate with the client to provide the client with the vision and preliminary estimation of the project. This stage may include request processing, requirements gathering, preliminary business analysis, project planning, and estimation of the project.
  • On production stage the assigned team of account manager, software engineers, architects, consultants, quality engineers perform management, development, testing, and other activities according to the agreed plan.
  • On release stage you receive all the deliverables according to release schedule. Free support and maintenance is integral parts of development contracts.

The defined and mature internal processes guarantee project (or contract performance) transparency and ensure that you are provided with productivity gain or cost reduction targets (or the other results planned). All the processes are supported with scalable infrastructure, system communication and workplace facilities, risk management approach, and project management tools.

One of the concerns of outsourcing deals is business continuity management and security issues at your vendor's site. Asmaria security and backup policy covers such issues as: backup locations, recovery scripts, information security policy, access control, organizational security, personnel and environmental security.
